We Are was founded in Vienna in 2019, but our history goes back much further. Most of the founders were already connected via another network of independents. One that served them well for over 2 decades.
But times change. The entire agency world has gone through the biggest transformation since, well, ever. But you won’t hear us complain. Turns out independent agencies can thrive in this new setting.
They are born and raised in a culture of being close to clients, nimble, personal, effective, cost conscious, and extremely dedicated. That’s what you get when owners are a working part of the team and are not looking to cash out ASAP.
There are plenty of networks. But none that offer that same spirited vision, drive and urge to charge ahead. They always add some slack. And mark ups. And unnecessary flash.
So we built our own: We Are. Named after the two words of any agency introduction. Simple is better.
Big networks and mega-agencies excel in a couple of fields. Like in being big. If big is what you need, by all means, go for it. If you like to try a fresh approach: drop us a line.
